Jeff Truman Memorial Summitship 2006

Unread postby rainbowgirl28 » Sun Sep 25, 2005 7:17 pm

On Track is pleased to announce that we are currently accepting applications for
the third annual awarding of the Jeff Truman Memorial Pole Vault Summit-ship.
We are grateful for your help in publicizing this award program last year, which
resulted in our bringing Brian Elmore of Leander, Texas to join us in Reno in 2005.
Now, as individuals who tirelessly support the pole vault, you are once again being asked
to assist us by helping get the word out to your coaching contacts to encourage them to
apply for the next Pole Vault Summit-ship that will send a deserving pole vault coach to the
Pole Vault Summit in Reno, Nevada, January 27 & 28, 2006.

Please find attached a flyer and an application form to help you help us.

**********************************

You Can Help by...

1) Adding a link to our website onto a site with which you might be affiliated, directing
interested individuals to the available online application for the Summit-ship -- <http://www.ontrackandfield.com>www.ontrackandfield.com (choose "Main Page") (Feel free to use the Jeff Truman logo available on our main page for your own design purposes);

2) Telling those within your coaching networks about the Summit-ship;

3) Nominating a developing coach who you may feel would benefit from the Summit-ship.

***********************************

Last year, we received many very impressive nominations from athletes and coaches
promoting a variety of strong candidates from across the country and even from Canada --
a good, solid selection from which to choose. This year, we hope to collect even more great nominations by the October 31, 2005 entry deadline.

My best regards,

Ron Morris
