The expense will be in the bandwidth used. Back when I had my website, I used icom.com. The basic package gives you 10 gigs of bandwidth per month. That would allow you to serve just under 10,000 downloads of 1 meg videos per month. Probably well more than you would need. It cost around $100 per year if I remember correctly.

Had no problems with icom.com other than the email service was unreliable and probably half of my emails disappeared in cyberspace.
