Rankers

BEST MARKS BY ATHLETES WHO HAVE NEVER MADE THE T&FN WORLD RANKINGS

compiled by Jim Rorick

It really is quite shocking to see how good an athlete can be and still not make it into the Top 10 in T&FN's Annual World Rankings (there's at least one instance of somebody breaking a World Record an not doing it!).

This list gives the athletes with the best mark in each event who never Ranked in that event. This means never ranked ever, not just in that year. There may be people with a better mark who didn't rate in the year they made the mark, but did rank before or after.

PV 5.90/19-4.25 Jacob Davis (US) 98

PV 4.62/15-1 Kym Howe (Aus) 06

Seems like there's a pretty good chance that Howe will be disqualified from the list next year (i.e. next year she'll be ranked). So I wonder who's 2nd on the list?
