I think it has to be from the spring of 2004, shortly after the Budapest WIC. In the untranslated part at the beginning, where she's introducing herself, she says "Hi, I'm Yelena Isinbaeva, world champion and absolute world record-holder in the pole vault." Budapest was her first world championship, right?
