Do you mean pole vault technique drills or speed workouts?
A bit of clarification might help.

What I usually do is take a long PVC pipe laying around the house and just do some pole runs with it.

If you dont have those, then you can always get faster or stronger so some speed workouts can help.

Watching videos and researching is also another thing that can help you.

If you've got a little room, maybe try some gymnastics.

As far as strength training goes, you can't beat the power clean and power snatch for explosiveness. Other than that, make sure you're training all the muscles...don't leave a muscle group out because it's not going to show.

Another thing...PLYOS.

I agree with powerplant, gymnastics are great to do if you have no equipment. If you have absolutely no equipment you could probably do sprint drills (high knees, quick steps, etc.) for speed, and handstands, flips, or other gymnastic exercises for coordination and strength. As for technique, the only drill I can come up with without equipment is visualizing a perfect vault in your head.--hope this helps

Another last resort/no equipment thing you could do is stubby drills. Just get a tube that you can use to simulate the top of a pole and work on some planting or doing rockbacks on the ground.
