getting back into it

Unread postby cmerc » Mon Jul 30, 2007 3:55 pm

ok so heres my scenario, two years ago i was set to walk onto my D1 track team as a pole vaulter and decathlete. Long story short, i got mono the week before going to school and got dropped because I was sick. Its now two years later and ive been very active throughout college. this summer in fact, ive been training my a** off to get back into track shape and im faster, stronger, and leaner then i ever was in hs currently working out twice a day.
In high school, I went 13'6 before i got sick on a 14 foot pole. Mentally and physically im there, do you guys have any suggestions for my or find it possible for me to go just as high if not higher in a months time?

depends. what access to you have to lots of poles, coaching, other training equipment. how much time do you have in that month. especially if your bigger faster its possible, but obviously very very difficult. if your looking for any advice feel free to pm me. always there to help. good luck
