depends when your season starts again
i believe after the season take about 2 weeks to just enjoy life and relax. then begin cross training. lots of biking, swimming, hiking. low impact etc.
do that for about a month. then start some lifting.
i aim to peak in february the first time, and i start heave training first week in september.

I agree with Vtech. Take a couple weeks off. This doesn't mean go home everyday and veg out. It means don't do any specific strength, speed, endurance workouts. Do active things you do not normally do during season when you don't have time. These would be things like playing basketball, going for a hike, going fishing, playing frisbee golf, etc. Anything active that you enjoy, besides vaulting.
