Training Blog?

Unread postby MightyMouse » Wed Mar 07, 2007 9:14 pm

So after 21 months of no vaulting, I’m trying to make my way back on to the pit. I wanted to keep a training log as I start to step up my workouts but I always lose papers, so I tried a weblog, its free and has been really easy for me to use.

-my pole vaulting story is on the right and the first post is at the bottom.

Just a training idea. Any comments or suggestions are great too!

hey i know the feeling my freshman year at my college (michigan state university) i got a fracture in my bcak and there went my chance at the team. now i have to do what you are doing coming back to running and lifting then eventually jumping(i have jumped i think 6 times since augest) hang in there you will come back and be better then ever i know that i am looking a ton better then i did before
If you cant do it right , do if 10000 more times till you can
