So like i can run pretty fast but does anyone have some traing stuff so i can run like hell?????

Yeh, ask your coach. He has a great record of sending vaulters to
Sacramento every year.

LOL to run like hell.... run about 1000 pole runs. IDK what else to tell ya... you learn by doing, there isnt a real quick fix to run 9m/sec.

our top sprinter ran a 6.66 one time...does that count as running like hell? :P

I have some rundrills that are designed to teach you to run fast enough to hold a specific grip. What grip do you now hold? I'll send you a drawing of how to lay out the track to teach you just exactly how fast to hold your ideal grip.

Im not so sure this post was serious... because he is posting all over asking how to do "this" or "that" like hell. I think you should use the search feature "like hell".
