Could you post some of your circuits, please?
I'd love to do those! Circuits are fun

hmmm...here's a couple of the more fun ones:
one of the 'hurdle circuits' is just a bunch of hurdle drills...usually do it 2X or 1x if you had a hard workout. Watch your form so you don't hurt your knees..
I usually use 5 hurdles and do 3x each exercise each leg (or direction)
-go over the hurdles regular
-go over the hurdles regular but pause the trail leg
-over 2 back 1
-over/under
-side skips (on the edge, knees slightly bent)
-march (continuousy go over hurdles...trail leg turns right into next lead leg)
-sideways skip (down the middle)
Conditioning circuit:
5 controlled jumps, 15 reverse lunges, 20 speed skaters, 20 bicycles, 20 mt. climbers, 20 back hypers, 20 sprinter cruncher, 30 pelvic march, 30 russian twist, 20 side lunges, 30 side crunches, 15 prone eagles, 15 supine, 15 pushups, 20 pelvic march w/ extension, 20 prisinor squats, 15 supermans, 20 scissor leg lifts, 15 rocket jump, 30 fire hydrants, 30 mule kick, 20 hip lift, 25 v-ups, 30s heel walk (reg, rt. side, left side), 4x1 minute claw drill, 5 controlled jumps
PM me if you have any Q's
