lol power bars.... not a fan of them. I like the clif bars instead :)

Our lifting coach was explaining it a few years ago. Its not actually the way the bar spins as where it spins. I think he was saying there are actually 2 rotation points instead of just one. I THINK...

all i know is, the effects are compounded when you start to strap into bars.
