Trail Leg Quad pain
So my leg feels normal through out the day and i can even do some sprint work outs without feeling any pain. But when i jump or do pole vaulting drills and use any kind of trail leg my left quad starts hurting more and more. Then i can rest a while and it stops hurting but if i try to stretch my quad or sit on knees or as i said earlier use a trail leg it hurts really bad.

I had that almost a year ago. Its a strained quad. Even if its not severe, it is only going to get worse the more you use it. With it being the off season, if i were you i would stop all sprinting and vaulting and just jog it for a month or so. I took a full 6 weeks off from all vaulting and sprinting. If you re-strain it, you will set yourself back again. Talk to your doctor though, because this isnt something you want to mess around with and see if you can just fix it yourself. In a correct vault, if your take off quad is strained, eventually you will tear it and be out for months.
The greater the challenge, the more glorious the triumph
