I want to know how are you now?

did you started with pole vault?? are you still trainning?

I have a similar situation.. only I am 22.. I am a sprinter of 400 meters.. but as well as you, I am scared about age.. I am in my process of finding the correct coach.

I want to know all about your experience!! Hope you see this. bye.
