Olympic and World Championship Pole Vault Results

I am doing a research project on the pole vault for a college class of mine. The project requires that I use the results of the men’s and women’s pole vault at the main championship meet of the year. This would be the Olympics in an Olympic year or the World Championships in a non-Olympic year. Does anyone know where I can find these results? Ideally in a single format (e.g. Excel file). It would be great if it had the top 10 finishers but the top 3 will do. Thanks!
