summer vaulting

what are you doing (if anything) to continue to train during the summer? I am coaching my athletes once a week.

You guys should come to some of the all comers meets sometime, either in Bellingham on Mondays or Shoreline on Wednesdays.

I'll be out at King's a couple days a week, working out and coaching, depending on how much I feel like working out and how much the kids want to jump.

When do the Monday night meets in Bellingham start? Anyone?

There are also allcommers at burlington edison wed nights starting June 21st and of course I'll be at the bellingham meets also.

I would except this is the last summer for me at UW and I have classes from 9:30am to 8pm on Wednesdays
