I had a job that kept me from training, so I did what I could, I was in the pool a great deal so I worked on pool vault almost all the time spent in the pool, and proper running technique. At nights I had a great deal of time to watch PV footage, and what not, so I studied many vaults frame by frame.... The Jeff/shell commercial... when that came out, I broke that down for hours, and then bought ‘A Pole Vaulter’s Dream’ and studied more of that.... Hung from the facility’s rafters to do Bubka’s from time to time. Vaulted only 5 or 6 times this summer, the resting is what I needed, however, even though I have not been training as I much as I wanted to, because of my “studyingâ€Â
