Gardner-Webb University, an NCAA Div I Institution and a member of the Atlantic Sun Conference, is seeking an assistant track coach in the field events. The successful applicant must have a commitment to Christian higher education. This is Twelve month, full-time position.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: implementation of practice and training routines for male and female student-athletes in the throws, jumps and PV; assisting the Head Coach with the administration of the Men's and Women's Track & Field /Cross Country Program; assisting with home meets; recruitment; and assisting in team travel. Must abide by all NCAA, A-SUN and Gardner-Webb University regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor degree and previous collegiate coaching experience is required. A Master's degree, USATF Level II Certification, and experience as a student-athlete are preferred.
