Brad jumped awesome!! They screwed everyone over in the warm ups and he never got to takeoff the ground. But once he got rolling he was putting mad height on everything. He put at least 4'' on 5.51m as well.

brad seems to run through a lot, especially in warm ups. (sounds familiar :( ). it killed him at ncaa's though. what happened in that they screwed everyone?

I think it was their first time running a pole vault competition and it took them 5minutes to put a practice bar up..their was only one guy who wanted practice bars and he had already done a bunch of run throughs at the practice track. I believe he got about 5 bars as well. Each of us only got 3 runthroughs and myself and Jimmie along with 2 other guys took off on one of them. Then we were all waiting while they were trying to put a bar up for this guy again and they closed the runway.

Run Throughs

Brad has battled a hamstring strain all year. He was bouncing around from 6 to 8 strides trying to find something that felt comfortable to him. He'll have his old coach back next year, so you probably won't see him running through anymore.
