Conference this weekend
Who is ready for conference, what is your take on your conference meet, do you go out there to jump a pr or to just compete to win and not really make yourself concerened with how you jump, but to just score as many points as you can to help your team. I feel that if you compete to win the heights will take care of themselves.
Train Harder than your competition

depends on the weather conditions, your rank, you ability to be consistent
sometimes bad days are unavoidable. but in general, if you should seed high, just compete the way you always do. i found that if you try to play it too conservative it can backfire. and obviously if the conditions are really hectic, it would make sense to play be a little more conservative. but the ultimate goal at those meets is to help your team. jump for height the rest of those meets, or once youve done your job
