What Happened to Shannon Bennington?

Mount Union's Shannon Bennington seems to have disappeared. He qualified for DIII nationals early in December, and is not on the final list for the meet. He is off the roster, doesn't show up in any results, and can only be found to be mentioned briefly as a returning All-American. Did he fail out, get injured, etc? If he were included on the national list, that would be 14 individuals at the DIII level over 16' indoors. Solid improvement over the last several years for DIII as it was not too long ago that this was the automatic qualifier.
