Boo Schexnayder, a member of LSU’s track and field coaching staff for the past 12 years, is leaving the program at the end of the season to take a job in the private sector.
Schexnayder, who on March 15 was named jumps coach for the USA men’s team that will compete in the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, China, is leaving to become director of the CAP Elite Training Center on Bluebonnet Boulevard. He starts his new job July 1.
