Mandy Jenkins is facing a crossroads in her young life.
An accomplished pole vaulter since her days at Valley Central, time is running out on Jenkins' collegiate career and yet she dreams of soaring higher.
"I guess I don't want it to end,'' said Jenkins, a senior at Mount Saint Mary's (Md.) University.
Who can blame her? Jenkins is still making improvements at age 22, and making her mark as the Mount's best female pole vaulter of all time.
A week ago she won her fourth Northeast Conference indoor championship, to go with two outdoor titles â€â€
