They took all the vaulters under the stadium. It's going to be a little while.

What is the record for longest NCAA MPV final? We're 2.5 hours into it and only on the third bar. Seven vaulters have cleared, and seven have attempts remaining.

There are sun breaks in the distance, so I do think it will stop raining eventually. Little fear of lightning, this is the Pacific NW, we almost never get that.
