College scholarships and NC schools?

Hey everyone, i need some help with this schlorship stuff. i dont understand how this all works cause I've been vaultin for less than a year.Can someone give me some input on some of the colleges in north carolina? Where is the best place to vault in nc? How do the scholarships work? What about western carolina? do they give out scholarships at western and all of the other D-1 & D-1AA schools? Also when does the signing period begin? I really need some help with this and i feel like im losin time, so pleaseee help me if u can.

I do not know much about WCU, but UNC Chapel Hill has a good coach in Spencer Frame. The track program is strong at UNC CH and after football season is over, have a nice indoor track.
