Keith was at the meet and tried to warm up, he had to withdraw do to an injury. Might I add the athletes in the men's PV were some of the nicest people to work with. I know some did not do as well as they would have liked to, but to a man they were all great to be invloved with- no jerks, no clowns - thank you guys. Looking forward to tomorrow and the ladies competition. Good luck to all.

Hey Adam, did you notice that in your second to last vault you are running at the same time as a long jumper. You have a huge pole in your hand and are running just as fast as a national qualifier in long jump.....impressive

I saw that. I thought it was amazing I was as fast as a female long jumper. I didn't think I was so fast. Also there are pictures of the pole vault on my site under the "pictures" section www.fliptography.com/adam
