Pole Vault Pit in Tampa, FL

I have a First Place Competitor pole vault pit (20' x 20' x 28" I think)in tampa. Its only about 5 years old. The top pad is fraying a little in the front (will get pictures up soon), and the cover is torn at the seams, but can be easily repaired. It is still in pretty good condition other than that and I was hoping to get around $6000 for it to put towards a new "monster pit" for my team. The pit by itself for sell for $5000, with standards for $6000. Make an offer! hoping to get rid of it soon!
