Just wanted to update you on my last comp!
I Won the European Masters Champs in Hungary with a new W40 World Record of 3,85m.
Was very hot there, jumped of 12 strides (in Australia it was so cold that we could only train of very short run) on 13'6" 165lbs.ESSX
Season's still young, surely more to come.
