Brand new pole vault training device! This was created by a physical therapist/pole vault coach and the device is patent pending. It improves body alignment and core strength for proper plant and take-off biomechanics. It also teaches vaulters to "push the pole to vertical." It is extremely portable and can be used in any sturdy doorframe. Simply place anchors above top and bottom door hinges and close door securely.
