If any one has a bungee they are willing to sell to me that would be great.
I'm from NJ just in case it matters.

Just buy a 100' roll of tubing and cut your own. You should be able to get 8-10 bungees out of it for a little over the price of one...

You may want to check on the diameter. I linked to the first one I googled.

In a pinch, most Lowe's have it by the foot also, but it's a $1/ft so it's not very cost effective compared to the 100' rolls.

Thats exactly what we use!
you can get it at pharmacutical supply store for $0.75 a foot.
But clearly the 100 foot would be the best buy.

caltrackreconditioning.com has them for 10 buck and will ship it to you.

I just bought 250 feet of the red latex tubing used by many PV bungee manufacturers on eBay for $44 + $9 shipping or a little over 20 cents per foot.
