the book your talking about is from beginner to bubka. its a great read its great for a new starter. it repeats its self a lot tho. there is also a book by a english coach called peter succliff. its on ebay i think from time to time also a good read. he is the coach to nick buckfield the britsh record holder.

If you don't mind waiting a little bit longer for a pole vault book to come out, Jan Johnson is making a great book with tons of info in it! It's going to be sooo good, since I've already previewed like more than half the book!! He has info for about every year for the vault! It's really cool, and interesting. He said it MAY be done this month, or the next couple of months. I can't wait!!!!

There will be as much or even more repetition in the second edition! I realise that the average genius will find the repetition boring but it is a deliberate attempt to help normal folk come to terms with concepts they have never been exposed to before.
Should be available by the end of the year. Enjoy!
