The Teneo Kangaroo Long & Triple Jump Shoes / Pole Vault Shoes have been specially engineered for the big leapers. Synthetic upper provides light weight support. Compression-molded EVA midsole offers optimized comfort and cushioning. Solid rubber heel and nine-spike plate provides optimal traction on a variety of surfaces. Wt. 8.4 oz.

Kangaroo: An Australian marsupial. Kangaroos are the only large animals to use hopping as a means of locomotion. The comfortable hopping speed for Red Kangaroo is about 20–25 km/h (13–16 mph), but speeds of up to 70 km/h (44 mph) can be attained, over short distances, while it can sustain a speed of 40 km/h (25 mph) for nearly two kilometers.

Hugo Munoz, a two-time Olympian in the high jump and holder of the Peruvian national high jump record - 7'6 1/2". Hugo founded Kangaroo Track Club is a USATF registered track and field club and a 501C (3) non-profit corporation in Apple Valley, MN, where high jumpers and triple jumpers train all year.
