Age related high school records

Hi. I used to PV in NJ in the 70's in hs. My coach at Rutgers U ( Paul Richards), used to have at his disposal, high school state, US, and world records, for 14, 15, 16 year olds, etc.
I am now a hs pole vault coach in Florida and I am trying to find out where these records are kept?
