AAU
In AAU and USATF Jr. Olympics you have to go through a qualifying process...first finish in the top either 3 or 4 at state and then regionals before you can go to nationals. No certain qualifying height...just finish well in your state and regionals.

No not your state track meet. The AAU state or whatever meet. Go to http://www.dyestat.com/ they usually post a link somewhere to the AAU site.

AAU USATF
That's right..to clarify...each state or association has a AAU and USATF State meet and Regional meet. The sites are usatf.org and aausports.org.
