hey i tried to ask this in the northeast region section but i couldnt get any responses...can someone clue me in on how you can qualify for the nike outdoor nationals from the northeast (NJ) region? is there a particular meet to go to or whats the deal? thanks

I think qualifying height is 15 1 or around there (it doesnt matter where your from for Nationals), but my friend got in with a pr of 14 6 cause he knew the event cordinator.

Nike Outdoor Nationals

You have to simply make a qualifying standard, which is usually right around 15-1. Entry takes place online at www.nationalscholastic.org.

The Nike Nationals in Maryland is often confused with the National Scholastic meet in New York the same weekend. The New York meet has much softer qualifying standards, and much less competition, while the Nike Meet has strict qualifying guidelines and often the top 5-10 vaulters nationally entered.
