Rachel Laurent jumps 13' in Louisiana

Rachel Laurent a sophmore at Vandebilt Catholic jumps 13' at Nollie Arcement Relays. She becomes the first female vaulter in Louisiana high school or college to clear 13'. She made the jump on a 13'6"- 125 Mystic Carbon holding at 12'.
