AR Meet of Champs Andrew Irwin 17'00"

Arkansas 53rd Meet of Champions

Andrew Irwin, Junior from Mt. Ida, broke the meet record 3 times jumping 16'07.5", 16'09", then 17'00". This is the first time Arkansas has ever had two 17 footers in the same year. Andrew is actually the third 17 footer we've ever had. He was on a 15'3" Altius 14.6 flex. It was the exact pole that Spencer McCorkel jumped 17'09" on in 2007.
