ok i have 3 questions today.... what is the advantage of having a high sail piece on your pole, And does having it higher make it harder to take off with?

thank you very much andrew, i have been going to a coach every sunday this summer and he is really working from the ground up with me. he has me on a 4 step right now on a 12 foot 160, and the biggest thing he is focusing on right now is the trail leg which has helped me very much with getting inver...

ok so i have been working on my trail leg alot and its rlly helping with getting inverted, but my problem is that i don't break my elbow enough so it causes me to flag out and not thrust my hips in....any tricks or tips you guys have that could help with that?

Thanks Tom!.....the practice today was great all i did were popups on a soft pole from a 3 step just like you said and i focused on a long swing, invert and my turn. I felt this info really helped, ill definitely work on more reps on the highbar.

This was an 11ft vault at states pole:14ft 135lb me: 128 step: 6 lefts had trouble learning to invert leading up to this meet........ and the practice after something clicked! the bungee was at 13ft and i was getting over it and pulling it down about 4 inches.......by the way the title is not right ...
