Problems with Dima pit

Unread postby PoleVaultStipke » Thu Feb 15, 2018 6:45 am

Hello guys,

I work at the university of Leuven Belgium and in our athletics hall we have a Dima Pit (INTERNATIONAL MODULAR POLE VAULT
LANDING SYSTEM 8.00 X 6.00 X 0.87/0.47M) ... 0_87_0_47m

The block where the vaulters lands keeps ripping. The people from Dima France have been very kind and keep sending new blocks under warranty but they have no idea why this is happening. Does anyone have any experience with this? Or suggestions how to prevent this? Dima surely is a decent brand when it comes to pole vault pits. The pit is almost used daily and the best jumper jumps around 5m60. Some more info below.

A little summary of what happened with the pole vault pit. All the pictures (and more) can be found on this link:!AjjRkokKnQVUsX1M0U6AkC3u5C5T
Greatness is build one step at a time!
