Day 3
Sacramento, CA to Fresno, CA

I woke up pretty early at Wilson's. I think we were all a little tired from staying up late the night before, but it was worth it. We went out to breakfast with Wilson, then we split up for the ride down to Fresno. Wilson gave us directions to the hotel and to a Nike Outlet. We went to this big outlet mall, but it kinda sucked. The Nike Outlet was small and lacking in cheap spandex. I did get a t-shirt and a bag for my spikes. We stopped at one or two other places, but didn't see much. We headed down to Fresno from there.

The whole road looked like this for the most part. Lots of cars and flowers in the middle.

That picture is for you Jeremy ;)

Gettin ready to run?

We ended up beating Wilson to the hotel, so we chilled there for a little while while we waited for him. We knew we were in the right place because there were tons of cars with poles on top. The best was the Hummer with poles! We later found out that was Scott Slover's and that he is sponsored by Los Gatos Hummer. Must be nice ;)

After Wilson got there we got all checked in. We stopped and met up with Sean Brown and Steve-O (the guys who made NeoVault). I gave Sean a t-shirt and CD. We didn't get to talk long because we had to go with Wilson. We went with him to the Fraley's and picked up Doug Fraley. Then we headed to Clovis!

Zach says: Left Wilson Soohoo's, had breakfast with him and then went to the Nike Outlet in Folsom. By the way it was probably the worst Nike Outlet I've been too. We then made the drive down to Fresno and it only took us about 3 hours which was good. Went to the Super 8 and met up with Wilson again. He had said earlier he would put us up in Fresno (isn't he AWESOME?). Sean Brown and Steve-O (of Neo Vault fame) were outside with Mel Mueller so we met them and dropped our stuff in the room and went with Wilson to the Fraleys to pick up Doug Fraley. (By the way, when we drove up to the Super 8 there was a Hummer H2 with a pole bag on it. We found out later that Scott Slover was driving it because he is sponsored by Los Gatos Hummer. I think he probably deserves the Best Ride award.)
