What is a fair price?

Unread postby drcurran » Mon Mar 31, 2008 2:32 pm

In a couple of weeks I am going to try to help a local university sell a pair of older PV standards. Help me out with what is a fair price to ask. Here is what we have. All the parts are there, they work fine. Older Gill (I think) all aluminum, 9' to 18', nylon sliders fit into the tracks to slid the standard for depth setting. I think they cost between $1200 and $1400 when new. Any help on a suggested price would be appreciated. Thanks

Do they slide well? How do they look? (Picture please! :) ) I'd say maybe 800 - 1000 by what you've said...
