Best All around training shoe

I'm looking for the best all around training shoe for vaulters that works for mid distance, sprint, and drills. Ideas??

Asics, Keyano or Kinesi, great shoe, light weight yet durable and good cushioning

Go to a local running shop and have them help you find the best shoe for your foot. The best shoe is going to be different for everyone.

i have nike Cog shox, and love them. i wear them as my everyday shoe, along with when i run. they;re about 75 dollars, and are the softest feeling shoe i;ve ever tried on. and i;ve tried the air 180 and 360's, along with different regular running shoes. they are the best, IMHO

a good solid pair of Asics are great for training, and they are moderatly priced too.
