Good ole Earl Bell was in a movie titled "Personal Bests". It is one movie I don't recommend for younger viewers. It is more for a mature audience.

Earl was in a "mature" movie?! What is this? I never knew. Why is it not recommended for younger viewers? :) Does he say bad words? I know, lots of questions... I am going to see if my local blockbuster has this one! ;)

That movie Earl was in is rated a well deserved R. Unless you are able to buy R rated tickets, then I would not suggest this movie.

the link to the movie's info is as listed below:

This guy was a year ahead of me and jumped in junior high but moved away after 8th grade and didn't jump again. Jumped 10' or 10'6 in 8th grade. From his bio it appears he hasn't grown since 8th grade...probably only belmore can appreciate or know who this guy is...

Garth Brooks daughter is a pole vaulter. They were at a USATF meet this summer in Oklahoma. Garth enjoyed cheering on his kid just like the rest of us proud dads and nobody bothered him. I thought it was great.
