What questions would you like to ask Daniel Ryland?

Unread postby rainbowgirl28 » Wed Nov 02, 2005 1:57 am

My next interview will be of Daniel Ryland. Daniel was a decathlete at Arkansas State who decided to focus on the pole vault after college. He has seen a tremendous amount of improvement in the last couple years and now has a personal best of 5.85.

I'd like to know:

What helpful advice did, your friend and mentor, Jeff give you when you were training to become an elite vaulter?

Out of everything he has been through, what is the most important thing he will take with him for the rest of his life? (relating to the pole vault of course)

If you could change one thing about your technique, what would it be?
Just you wait...
