Help me select right pole

Hi,
I have two UCS Spirit poles 13' 1.5" - 400 Series: 130 23,6 and 145 21,1. I must choose from Pacer poles something rated between (eg. 22,4 Spirit). What flex do You recommend and do You think Carbon Mistic or Pacer Mistic for girl (PB 11')?
