Our coach recently purchased one of these Swing Up Invert trainers, and i was wondering... Has anyone used one and seen improvement?
No I didn't miss the pit one too many time. I've always been this crazy.

I just started vaulting again after a 38 year lay off and the invert trainer (ours is a hanging rope with room to swing and mats below - if that is what you are talking about) has been great to get the feel of lifting off with my right knee, pulling up, turning, and dropping.

We've done that before and it helped a lot, but what this machine is supposed to is restrict you from going up unless you are in the correct position. (i.e. You can't muscle it up.) That's the idea anyways. Here is the site: http://www.swingupinvert.com/
