OK,
You guys do this all the time, so I thought I would like to ask a few questions to help light the path to discovery:
1. Does anyone on this site have an accurate listing of which commercial passenger aircraft can carry poles, and their maximum length's?
2. How many poles does an individual typically carry? For a HS level athlete, or an elite individual?
3. What is the maximum length and diameter of a pole used by an elite vaulter who travels a lot?
4. What features do you think would be minimally acceptable to the vaulter for an airline approved transport case?
5. What is the max weight before the airlines start to whine and add additional charges?
Thanks for the info and your opinions in advance, because enquiring minds would like to know. . .
