hello. i have a pit in my back yard and im currently borrowing my coach's poles, but i need to give them back soon. so, my parents want to buy me a pole, but we're having a hard time trying to figure out the specifics, mainly the hight. im 130 lbs and my pr is 8'. i have done atleast 9'6" at practice. i am on a 12' 105 lb. pole, only holding at 11'. it is much stiffer then the poles ive used before and it shoots me a lot higher, but im not getting much penetration into the pit. also, when ordering the pole, we're not sure about what kind of flex to get. if any one has any suggestions for me and what pole i should buy, please help :]

You DEF need a new pole. Jumping on a 105 when you're 130 is illegal and dangerous. If you have a fast run and can hold higher go for a longer pole, maybe 12.5 ft, however since you should buy a 130 it will be a lot stiffer then the pole you currently have. You should call a company and they'lle help you with what type of pole to get. I'd go for a usc spirit or a pacer.

If you don't think you are going to gain weight, I'd probably get an 11'130, 11'6" 130, and 12'130.
