File Converting

Hey Everyone,
I am making a polevaulting movie and i was wondering if someone could help me out. I have a windows media video (.wmv) and i need to convert it to a quicktime movie file (.mov). All the programs i have downloaded don't work, and i was wondering if one of you guys had something that could do this sort of thing? It would help out a lot. It is my last clip of the movie, im done except for this clip. So im just kinda waiting it out.....wait it out.... Thanks!
