You know your obsessed with pole vault when you're at a home school convention and you look over someone's shoulder and see someone pole vaulting in a brochure and imediately pick one up and consider taking the brochure home just for the picture.[/b]

I noticed that whenever I sit in a reclining chair and put the feet part up, I lift my legs with the right knee bent but the left straight, as per the trail leg sweep.

and then theres spending your memorial day talking on and on to everyone at your party about vaulting and they just like at you and go DONT TALK ABOUT VAULT before you even say anything. =]

When you skim your pool, you pretend the cleaning pole is for vaulting and you practice your grip and carry.

When your husband is also a pole vaulter.

And you have a pole vault pit as your bed.

You lose a bet with your training partner and have to carry a pole around with you at all times until the next vault session (2 days later)
