becca, yes you did tell me to post..but for goodness sakes, never once did you give me any sort of incentive...this thing is like a video game! you keep working until you get to the next level! so pumped..I'm outta control...I even started my own topic!

Our slang

at my school we say stuff like:

"Get higher and turn-y-er!"
"Don't hug the pole!"
"Be the worm..."


and we also have this:

"that is an ugly pole! you do not want to date the pole! so don't hug the pole!".... " :o okay coach... i'll try to get my left arm straight next time..."


etc etc.... we also say allot of the things that many people have already posted :D

Haha! yeah, i like those! My coach and all of my friends call me pole grl.! kinda annoying but oh well. BUTTPLUG HAS to be the funniest word ever! i borrowed my coaches track and field magazines so i could pick out a new pole and that was the first place i ever saw that word...i thought i'de die of laughter. (stupid, yes, but for some reason i find it that funny) :D "riding" the pole is something that we use often at my school. Ever since..... this guy decided to use this OLD brown pole and he totally straddled it and landed facedown w/ the pole between legs....and ever since then "riding" the pole has become a bad thing.
POLE VAULTING....Fear is NOT and option!
